Default 1996 Civic LX Sticky Power Locks

Searched and couldn't find a concrete answer for this model. Has anybody run into issues with sticky power locks? Recently got the keyless entry programmed for the wifey's 96 LX sedan and noticed the front two locks only open 1/10th of the time with or without the remote. The rears open maybe 4/5 of the time. I repaired the door harness two years ago, so that's not the issue. They just seem lazy. When the issue happens it looks like the lock tries to open and moves 1/4 of an inch but just doesn't unlock. They move freely by hand and I do have battery voltage at the connectors.

Just wondering if anybody cured this issue with new door lock actuators? They are all original. I see they're about 30 bucks per door on Amazon and it would be lovely to make this car a little more convenient for my SO since her hands are usually full moving her job crap all over.
