Get 45 offset if you're gonna lower your car like fawk and wanna tuck the wheels good.

It also depends on what tire size your planning to use. I have C-8's on my 97 coupe and I am running 195/55 size tires. I dont think a 205/50 will fit in the rear because there isnt much clearance left for the wider tire. It doesnt rub but there is about a finger width gap left when the car is loaded down.
