1996 Civic DX
310,000 Miles on it. My bro says first start up in the morning sounds BAD! low end knock I figure bearings must be worn pretty bad and lots of clearance going on until oil fills gap. Anyone got Ides ? Would it be worth pulling pan and puting a set of bearings in it on my back ? Would you do just mains or rods too ? Or yank motor and do it right ?
Need help, Randy

310k?..damn you should seiously do a full rebuild. Intead of chaning the bearings and then having to pull it out again. 310k is ALOT so just fully rebuild. THe clutch has gotta be done by now.
