1996-1998 ek headlights to 99-2000 si conversion, need help
I know this has been done lots of times but I did the search nothing really comes up specifically for it maybe I am writing it wrong but if someone can help me I have a 1998 hatch and I need 99 si fenders, front bumper, hood, headlights, is the radiator support necessary, I want it to fit like stock. Also I have a bomex front end for a 98 civic will this fit a car with the 2000 si fenders hood and headlight, maybe I can save some money, any info will be appreciated thanks.

no, the radiator support is not necessary. i have a 99-00 front end on my 98 and it fits fine. no gaps, etc.

No it won't fit. The 96-98 headlights are shaped differently as is the grille area.

I work in a Honda body shop:
A 99-00 frontend will fit perfectly on a 96-98 civic. Only 1 mod needed the 2 side tabs where the grille is mounted will need to be trimmed for a really nice fit. The key to the conversion is to have all 99-00 frontend parts, no exceptions. Hope this helps.
