1995 Honda Civic EX - Looking at one right now...
It has 157 000 Kms, Interior is pretty much mint, Exterior is also very very clean, needs a power polish and a tint and it will look sexy... Never been smoked in, it's a 60 year old guys...he wants to trade it in... so whats a good offer??? And anything specific to look for?

offer 2200 see if he takes it, negotiate from there, you always want to start low
hell try him for 1700 and negotiate from that
