1995 Civic VX with p32 manifold-EGR question
I have a '95 VX (D15Z1) and the PO has installed a p32 intake manifold. As there is no EGR setup on p32 manifolds, the harness connector for the EGR is not connected to anything. It seems to run ok (aside from stuttering idle after deceleration when warm) with no CELs. Is this ok to run like this until I can find am actual VX manifold? I do have the proper p07 ECU installed.

An intake manifold upgrade requires a different engine tune. Personally I would try to find a VX manifold if I wanted to run the stock ECU.
I'm surprised the stock ECU isn't throwing a CEL for no EGR. Are you sure the check engine light works?

it does. I had to troubleshoot a few codes when I got the car. In addition, I can pull the IACV connector and it'll throw the appropriate code. I've been on the lookout for a stock VX manifold, but no luck.
