1995 Civic smog help!
1.6 sohc vtec. No mods all stock. Just came from the smog place, and turns out i have a gross polluter. I thought it was the cat and it had alot to do with the problem since my hc and co went way down, but not enough.
hopefully i can get some good input. Hc measured at 311 at 15mph and 314 at 25mph. and the CO measured at 3.90 at 15mph and 4.21 at 25mph.

check all sensors, O2 included. Check timing, and idle speed. run the highest octane fuel possible also. get 100 octane if you can. it will help pass
