I have a 1995 Civic EX with a 1.6L. The car just turns over and turns over without catching. The car has no spark whatsoever, I have tried a new distributor that did nothing and I have a buddy at a salvage yard and tried a new ECU that did nothing. I just learned about the diagnostic check and performed it, I got code number 15 Ignition Output Signal, what does this mean? Is it the ignition switch? I have looked into them and they seem to have to be purchased as a whole unit, are they complicated to install? Anyone that knows please lend me a hand and let me know what this code means. don't just start replacing ****.
i believe it's the wire coming from the ecu to icm.i'll check.

Check and see if there is voltage on the blk/yel wire @ the dist.
