1994 honda civic ex problems

1994 honda civic ex problems with installed msd coil think it might be icm
i just installed an msd coil cap and wires on my car i took the old internal coil out. it started and ran fine i reved i up to 7grand and she just shut off now it wont start im getting no spark so i put the old coil back in and it has no spark either, I think it s the icm but if i replace that i dont want it to go bad again. also my rpm gauge started bouncen around every were but the car physical rpms stay constent what is wrond and how do i check the icm and isnt there a fuse for the icm that might have blown

the car was running fine before you installed the msd right? i would try to back track the wiring. it could have a short or not plug in properly.

2lua thank you for the reply i did back track and found it al to be right acording to msd. It was my icm and im dont want to put another in incase it blows it too.
