Default 1994 eg h22a/M2B4 Lsd... which cv axles?

Im wondering which axles i should use for the car and which are the strongest stock axles honda makes that would fit.

I admit im a newb to hondas and this forum and dont want to annoy anyone with simple questions but i searched.

The previous owner said to use axles from an integra? does this sound right?

Integra axles will work for a B series swap. Not H series.

I may stand slightly corrected. I found this unofficial info on google in about 4 seconds.

"i have the swap book Use 90 -up accord intermediate shaft 90-93 integra axles. to use the prelude intermediate shaft a shorter left-hand axle with a female inner joint must be used. to contruct the proper left -hand axle use 94 gsr left -hand axle inner and outer joints on an 86-89 integra axle shaft."

That info is ****ed. Hold on while I look.

EDIT:Read this.

These instructions are for people who are using the Hasport H22/EG kit.

Passenger side: 90-91 Integra axle. If you can't get it to say in the tranny, get some needle nose pliers & expand the snap ring ("C" clip" at the end of the axle) just a little but & put the axle into the transmission. If you expand the snap ring, it'll be very tight to put the axle in so you'll need to force it in but once it's in, it's not going to slide out on you while driving/racing.

Driver side: This is tricky. If your using the 90-93 Accord intermediate shaft, then you can use a 90-91 Integra driver side axle and everything bolts up. If you want to use the 92-96 Prelude intermediate shaft, then you can use a 88-89 Integra driver side axle & put the 92-96 Prelude inner joint onto the 88-89 Integra axle.

Good luck dude. I'll stick to my b series.

From what i searched i can only find that the m2b4 casing is 1/2" thicker than a regular prelude tranny and causes the axles to bind in civic swaps while turning? I cant find an actual axle to use though....

i had mine custom made....cost like 160 bucs at an axle repair shop. i just brought him the intermediate shaft and told him it was goin from that onto GSR front suspension....when i put it in the car it was real tight on the driverside and made a click for about 10 miles then the moly grease worked all the way through the knucles and they are perfect and silent now

Yeah, The Teg axles will work only if you use a 90-93 halfshaft. the Lude halfshaft will not work with Teg axles.

You can use the inter shaft from a 94+ integra and get any b series axles

i have a 96 accord with f20b and m2b4 .. i changed the pass side axle with the stock accord axle. it gives me alot of vibrations when i turn right. It doesnt feel safe anymore.. does anyone know which axle fits here? i think the previous owner used a prelude axle. anyone know?

Simple.

Just use stock civic axles and change the axle side inputs on transmission side only. That will be your cheapest quickest option. PM me if you have any further question.

do not use teg axles as well. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them.

this is easy. i have done this swap 7 times.

Call hasport. or steve at hmotorsonline.com...

you need swap axles for 92 95 civic/94 01 teg with an h swap, they are pre made and hasport sells em for 299.99
