Default 1994 civic lx automatic not getting power to fuel pump

Ok so my 1994 honda civic will not crank anymore after changing my brake booster and master cylinder, I noticed the fuel pump wasn't going off when I turn the key to the ON position. So I replaced my fuel pump and main relay and still nothing, so I checked the fuel pump connecter for voltage and did got get power. so i assume it was a faulty transmission solenoid located on top of the transmission, I took it off and checked if it clicked. Then I hear nothing when testing with the multimeter. by the way I did check all the fuses, brand new starter and battery, good grounds as well

What happens when you turn the key? Nothing at all? Do the headlights work? If there is no power to the car at all it's most likely bad connections at the battery or a blown main fuse in the box next to the battery. Make sure you did not connect the battery backwards.

like I said all fuses are good, checked them all with a test light and the battery connections are fine. what I did noticed though my car only wants to crank few seconds after I plug in the new main relay but doesn't start due to no power to the fuel pump. Headlights work fine because it's a brand new battery and when I turn the key on I hear one click near the shifter.

You're still not clear what happens. Does the starter run and crank the engine like normal for as long as you turn the key, but it will not start?

In that case you should turn the key on but don't crank and watch the lights on the dash. "Oil" and "battery" should come on and stay on. "Check Engine" should come on for 2 seconds then go out.

it cranks only for a few seconds after plugging in thw new relay but no start. the lights go on then off like normal, main problem is the fuel pump not priming. I hear no sound when I turn the key to ON

The main relay does not control the starter.

Even with the main relay unplugged, the starter should run every time you turn the key to the III position, and keep cranking for as long as you hold it there.
