1994 Civic EX ECU Questions Please Help!

My friend brought a 94 Civic Ex and it was governing the revs at 5500-5700 RPMS. So, there was no VTEC. So, we opted to take the ECU out and it came to be a 37820P06A02. Is this ECU for Auto or Manual Tranny? Is it VTEC?

P06 = DX and a 6800 limiter

BTW no VTEC either.

You need a P28 ecu.
