Default 1994 b18c with 2000 s4c trans

Hey everyone of h-t I have a question I searched the forums today to find answers about using a s4c on a gsr motor I know they match up but cause the trans is newer and from a obd 2b my honda is obd2 a there's a couple plugs on the tranny is it plug and play or should I keep the old plugs from my trans or find a em 1 harness and use this plugs and splice into harness

Thanks for looking

I am pretty sure the only plugs you are dealing with is the reverse switch and the VSS. I am almost certain they are the same style plugs for obd1 and obd2.
