Default 1993 honda civic si break problem? maybe? help?

Alright I started working on my 1993 honda civic si hatch 4 wheel disk, no ABS (i think) but when we started the car was all messed up only had one working caliper and thats just the start. Also when we started there was a little thump coming from the right front. We replaced all 4 calipers rotors breaks we also changed the wheel bearings rack and pin, cv joints ball joints and the upper control arms. well we had problems getting the caliper to fix on the front right so we modded the caliper brace and it works. Now for the problem the car still seems to make a thump noise comming from the front left. idk what else it could be at this point and time my car should drive like new but it thumps. does anyone have any ideas at all? thanks for any and all help!
