I'm having some similar issues with my 93 civic as well.. Checked fuses and fuel pump will not kick on, I replaced fuse #24 under dash then tried to start it, i heard the pump prime then i tried to start and nothing, continued to try this but pimp would not kick on and prime each time and did not start either, so checked/replaced fuses check ground on thermostat and still nothin. ugh

Any help..?
