Default 1993 dx hatch obd1 d15b7 car and a b16 sir 1st gen engine!!!!

I am currently riding in a 93 hatch dx which is a obd1 and i bought a b16a obd0 engine with cable trans.... I know someone will say right when they read the title... sell it and buy an obd1 motor... but i got the first gen so cheap I really want to stick with it. From what i have researched I will need a obd1 distributor, obd1 intake manifold with throttle body, obd1 fuel injectors, cable trans conversion, shift linkage, mounts, ..well here are my questions:

1. Can i use my existing fuel injectors if i rewire them to my obd1 wire harness?

2. should I buy a d16 vtec obd1 engine loom that already has the vtec wire to make things less complicated?

3. Has anyone done this swap before and posted pictures of their build?

4. Am I missing anything in my list up top?

I can't wait to get my b16 in my hatch.. the d15b7 is not making me happy lol FEEDBACK PLZ

You can use the injectors, they're exactly the same as OBD1 B16A injectors. I really wouldn't use the cable transmission though. Sell it to an EF guy and buy a hydro trans.

Honestly I'd look around for a hydro tranny and sell the cable one

Are you asking about wiring the OBD0 injectors? If so no you can't use them without a resistor box, use your b7 ones

Do you have a US or Canadian model? Canadian, wiring is slightly different. You'll also need to chip an ecu. You can use your obd0 injectors if you add a resistor box or use your stock obd1 injectors. Had that same swap in my hatch and it ran for 10yrs no probs.

Oh, and axles for bseries. Re-pin the harness & ecu & all your wires can be run through unused pins to look nice & clean

I don't really know if it's Canadian or not... I bought it from a guy that tried to swap it in a 87 prelude and gave up on it. All I know is that I'm taking that shizzz out of the lude and putting it in my hatch. It has a resistor box on the lude but I think I'll use the obd1 injectors. The less stuff I have to wire the better :0

Canadian wiring is exactly the same on '92 - '95 Civics as far as the engine harness goes. The only big difference is the DRLs, but it's not something you'd ever touch doing an engine swap.

well the engine harness has white connectors and my car has grey... from my understanding I need a obd1 engine, so i have to get b16a sir 2 parts that are obd1.
distributor, intake manifold with throttle body and thats pretty much it... as far as hooking up the ecu to it... we will see gata get those motor mounts first!

You really just need the OBD1 distributor and injectors. And you'll need to lengthen the wires from the thermo switch from the back of the block.
