Default 1993 Civic Won't start Help please

1993 Civic DX
d16z6 swap

This all started when some a--hole broke into my civic. They when through all my stuff inside when they didn't find anything worth more then a few dollars. They popped the hood and took my POS intake and spark plug wires. After I saw the wires were gone I searched the garage for some and found 3 I plugged them in and started expecting it would run crappy but I just needed to know nothing else was taken or messed with. Later I another wire plugged it in tried starting it and it'll crank but won't start. No CELs

I checked for spark and it's definitely there.
I check for fuel and no problems. (pressure at the rail and I pulled the spark plugs, they have fresh fuel on them)
Timing is dead on.
And I tried a different ECU

Any ideas?

Is spark at the plugs bright white or weak orange or blue? Is the firing order of the plug wires on the cap correct?

More like a orange color spark. Can someone post a pic of the firing order? I'm 80% sure I have it correct but I could be mistaken.

If spark is weak orange in color, then you blew the coil when you ran the engine with only three plug wires. Replacing the coil inside the distributor will likely fix your no-start problem.
