I just replaced my head gasket on my 93 civic dx i changed my oil and coolant and the standard work required with a head gasket change...but now i have a oil pressure problem i start with good oil pressure then within minutes i lose all pressure? there's no CEL and im at a loss so some help would be awesome.

Change the oil pump. Should have also changed the water pump and all the belts while you were at it.

not the answer i was looking for but thanks for the help...belts where changed last month when i changed my alternator. stupid oil pumps

Don't quote me but you can probably check the oil pressure sender to make sure it's still operating properly. Other than That I don't know. With these cars approaching 20 years old in some cases I think it would be best to replace whatever you can when you can.

well im going to pull the sender and hook up a pressure gauge to see if its the sender or not.
