1992 Honda Civic DX engine knock
I have a cold air intake that was right near the passenger front wheel and it sucked up a good amount of water into the engine, lugging it down (the engine) a few times and killed it twice on a long drive home yesterday. Now I've got some blue smoke coming from the exhaust when I start it and a knock to the engine. Spark plug replacement did not affect the knocking. I did a compression test today and got readings of 130, 140, 220 and 185 on cylinders 1-4 respectively.
I'm thinking I might have bent a valve because it's a constant metallic knock that speeds up and slows down with the engine. I included a 1 minute audio segment which can be viewed on youtube.com at:

I would appreciate any advice on what you think is causing the knock and what it will take to repair. Thank you.
