I was also wondering what was needed...searched and found nothing that helped, however I have the skunk2 manifold, ive heard that I needed to get a new throttle cable but was wondering what a def answer would be?

I have a 92si hatch and my engine is a 2000 b18C (gsr) YOU CANNOT PUT ON A ITR INTAKE MANIFOLD. You may although buy the skunk raing manifold. I sold my gsr head and now have a b16 head ported and polised and fully built so now I can use a itr intake manifold.
You dont have to change your throttle body and you do not have to buy a different throttle cable. I did buy a gsr cable when I got the swap but since then I havent had to change it once and Ive gone through a good 5 different set ups for throttle body and intake manifold!

Just shop around, and try to find a good price on the Skunk2 intake mani, then you won't have to do any custom work to make it fit, just bolt it up. I'm using the Skunk2 mani w/ITR throttle body and it's excellent.
