1992 Civic SI - Buddy Club Spec 2 vs Megan Racing Drift Spec.
Hey, I bought a 92 SI as my first car, it's decent, it's already on coils and I plan on going pretty low, just was wondering which exhaust would be better? The Megan Racing Drift Spec or the Buddy Club Spec 2. I'm only working minimum wage and I'm only 17, the Megan is cheaper so I may go with that, but is the ground clearence good enough? I tried to search about it, but cant really find anything. Thanks guys.

I would go with the buddy club....only because I wouldnt want anything with the name "drift" on a fwd honda lol
Are those the only 2 your interested in? Do you have a budget? There are better set-ups than the 2 you listed...

The buddy club spec 2 is unbelievably loud but looks great with the small straight tip.
The megan drift spec sounds pretty good and is much quieter, but it has the typical angled canister style muffler.

When you say better do you mean only ground clearance? You know it will not add any HP.

They're both 60mm, they both will have similar ground clearance.
If you're worried about scraping buddy club uses very thing metal, megan uses thicker materials.

Actually Megan uses quality metal, all piece are mandrel bent, fitment is generally spot on, welds are much better than the brazed stuff you see on ebay.

a tube is a tube. no matter whos name is stamped on it.
You can buy a tubing kit and select your own muffler/resonator.

Honestly I kinda like the look of the Megan better, it's cheaper too. I know neither are gonna give performance gains. And budget wise, 500 max. I won't be getting either any time soon, still gotta do basic maitenence.
The only thing that worries me is this:
The muffler of the exhaust looks like it's pretty close to the ground, I don't know if it'd be different for a hatch or what, that's what I wanna know, I can't really find any useful information on how it fits. Just don't wanna buy it then destroy it haha. Thanks a lot though everybody.
