Default 1992 civic cx with b16a2 fuel pump wont turn on. HELP!!!!!!!!!

So i just finished building my b16. After i finished installing it in the car. I go to turn on the car and the fuel pump wont turn on! The motor turns over but the fuel pump doesnt turn on. So i check all the fuses and i see that the fuse for the ecu in the engine bay is bad so i replace it. I then try again an still nothing. What can my problem be???

do you know where the main relay is? and what it looks like? Someone also told me to hit the relay so it will get unstuck.

I don't understand how it could be the relay after doing a swap. But I guess you can check

its located near the fuse box inside the car (under the driverside dash area)

looks like this (the grey box)

Is your ignition switch working properly?

lol it may have worked for you but that isn't exactly a "proper fixture". You probably have a relay thats also going bad if its happening on hot days.

i changed the main relay and the fuel pump still doesnt turn on. And yet again the fuse for the ecu in the engine bay is broken.

there's a short someplace with ur ECU and main relay, I'd suggest taking it to a shop that specializes in electronics

If you just popped 2 ECU fuses like that and ur not getting the pump to prime, the circuit between the ECU and the main relay must be bad, I'm tellin ya, take it to a professional auto electrician, they can find the problem is <1hr and get it fixed :-\

This may sound stupid, but you may have gotten vapor lock while the engine was out. Hit the gas tank/fuel pump with a rubber mallet while turning the key. It may not work since the fuel pump isn't even turning on but may as well try. Worked on my friend's b16 swap...

If you keep blowing the ECU fuse, something is definitly wrong in the wiring. Happened to me, but in my case it was because of my VAFC. One of the ground wires wasn't spliced in correctly and kept blowing the fuses each time I would try to crank it.
