196 honda civic tps issue

I have an issue with my tps senor in my car. I have hondata s300 when i datalog the car it says the tps is 100% when the throttle body is closed if I step down on the tps it reads 103%...

What is wrong?

also if i unplug the tps sensor it reads zero

make sure the tps is installed correctly and adjusted correctly..if this is all done right u prob have a faulty tps

Have you checked voltage AT the TPS? Should be at least .45 -.50 closed and around 5.0 WOT...
