Default 17" wheel vibration

Hello everyone:

I am new to this board, please help. I have 94 civic coupe and I recently upgraded from stock 14" to 17"'wheel. Minor steering vibration all speed. I have all wheels were balanced 3 times, but minor vibration is there. Is it common for low profile tire? New tire size is 205/40/17. I had dealer to check suspensions and they didn't find anything. Please help.

Thank you for your help.

If you feel it in your steering wheel it might help if you swap the front wheels to the back then you won't feel it as much. Welcome to honda tech.

check the basics

tire pressure
lug nuts torque correctly
clearance

if not try wat these guys suggested

and if not have the tire shop check for road variation on da tire, u may jus have bad tires.

only some shops can check this, the machine is a grip.
