14b Turbo on b18b1 civic
Hey guys, My buddy recently purchased a 93 civic si, with a b18b1 ls motor swap in it. I know these cars have a fairly low compression ratio, and can be turboed. That is what we are looking to do with it. And the turbo we have set our sights on is a 14b from a 1st generation DSM. We have access to the turbo, intercooler, piping, and lines at a decent price, what I want to know is what kind of exhaust manifold can be used on this motor to hold a turbo swap, I've read D-series motors, can use CRX hf manifolds, but I am not sure of the b series motors.
Any input, or opinions would be greatly appreciated from anyone. Thanks Alot. Nigel |

you need a turbo manifold, one that accepts the 14b, or just any turbo manifold with an adapter plate.

Do you know any turbo manifolds off hand? I'm kinda new to this scene, I'm more of a DSM guy myself.
