Skunk2 intake manifold
Neuspeed 4-2-1 header
2 1/4 straight piping into a Apexi exhaust
high flow cat
walbro intank fuel pump
str fuel rail
550cc rc injectors
b&m fuel pressure regulator
fuel filter
msd ignition full kit
cam gear retarded (don't know how much degrees)
Vafc tuned

550cc rc injectors??? why such big injectors for a all motor car especially a sohcvtec???? and retarded timing wouldnt u want it to be advanced????

thats what i thought, he says hes working on a zex wet kit and hes gonna run 12's with no built bottom end. You think its going to blow?

lol, actually the fawker does have altezzas!!!

i have 450's, walbro 255 intank, and a AFC. i have to run 7 or more psi of boost to keep it from being way to rich. i don't see how you could run 550's allmotor.
240/550=.43 100-43=57 injector math
The AFC will not corect 57% his car would idle like **** or not even idle at all.

I am calling Bs,,
1. There is no way he made any real power with out bumping the compression
2. The 59300 needs aftermarket springs and retainers , the stock springs will bind
3. Retarding the timing would cost him power
4. 550Cc injectors would have to be tuned so far back that they would no longer function properly. Realisticly 240 CC injectors would have provided more than enough fuel

550cc injectors seems like a bit much for 1.6l engine, especially since it is no turbocharger. Those things are not being used no where near their potential, it was also a waste of money.
On my supra I am running 440cc injectors, the engine is 3.0l and turbocharged. Also the 440cc injectors are able to supply the car with enough fuel for about 350hp at the wheels, and I highly doubt that he is anywhere near that.
Also, a fuel filter is not really a modification.

14.2 is really low. maybe he ran 15.2, that sounds more like it. is the car gutted. if so he might have a chance at 14's. overall i dont belive it. 550's are wayy to big for that setup, and as someone else said, he wont be making much power (say above 130-140whp) with that setup without bumpin compression. there seem to be too many flaws in the story- its bs imo...

no way in hell a ******* ex is gonna pull that.
and YES those 550's are WAY too ******* big,
for turbo applications, on d16's , people often use 450cc's, because you can get em out of dsms for cheap, and that is pleeenty of fuel.

largest injectors I've seen on a street (race) motor that remains NA is around 340cc. (over 2.1 liters) Those injectors are way to big for it to run in the proper area to make power, especially with the 1.6. No way could those bolt on's be good enough to make more then 40-50hp, which is the area of gain you would need to run 14.2.

Actuailly MistaBone is either in the 12's or fixing to hit them on a stock bottom end in his hatch.
