14.0 at 96 mph on zex 65 shot.
what do you guys think of my time i think i'm very impressed on how it perform.
this car is basically stock d16z6 motor.
here's what i have.
93 civic hatch cx
92- d16z6 with 154000 miles. compression checked out at 185 185 185 185
all is well
00 si fuel pump
tanabe racing medalion
00 si cat.
gettho under hood cone filter on stock intake tube.
zex 65 shot dry kit.
nitto drag radials at 15psi up front.
p28 ecu with itr program from kenji.
stock header.
00 si throttle body.
port matched intake and exhaust port.
bottle pressure was at 750 psi when sprayed.
i think with a test pipe
and a good header i will maybe hit a 13.7 at 100pmh.

i ve found out that you should not heat the nitto drag radials up too much. i rolled through the water and let the clutch out and spun them reall good not smoke or anything. had no whell spin at all. maybe lie a lil chirp off the line it she was off. i was hitting 2.0 60 doing that. but if i heat them up reall good they stcik too much and i get wheel hop. or if i don't heat them at all i get mad spin.

launch the car around 4500-5000 rpm yes i sprayed in first .on october 20 i am going back to the track to get high 13's outta this baby.
what i'am going to add is a fpr, raise the static pressure to about 42 psi. run 95 integra injectors. high octane 100 gas. and fill the bottle completely full. maybe if i get the bottle pressure close to 1000 psi instead of 700psi before i think i should be in the 13's . what do you guys think.
can this motor handle a 75 shot. i also have a 255lph holley fuel pum but i think that's overkill

The integra injectors flow at the same rate as the civic injectors.
if you want higher than that, i have some 270cc RC injectors for sale

My buddy did a 14.0 at 96 mph with a 55 shot zex on street tires, chikara header, stock exhaust with exle back taken off and integra ls throttle body. The zex kit sure works good on unmodified engines, not sure about built engines though. My h22 didn't seem to take the 125 shot to well...I think the shot was TOO big.

When did you spray at the track? Of the line, 2nd, ???
Those times seem too low. Not hatting on your times or nothing but more or less just curious. Cuz i was supercharged @9psi on my d16y8 and only ran 14.9 with decent traction.

You think his times are too low?
Think you must think I'm crazy. I'll be going for 12's Saturday.
I spray from the launch, which is at 7000+ rpm.
