1.5 all the way? Eibach Pro-Kit
1.75 front 1.5 rear? H&R Sports (or Neuspeed Sports, but H&R has a higher spring rate)
I love my H&R's , but Eibach is quality too.

awhile back i bought some sprint springs. they turned out to be really really good. lowered the car 2.5"f/2.25"r which is more than you wanted, but even at that height, the car really didn't bounce at all. i had entry level eibach springs on a n opld prelude of mine, and that sucker would bounce all day long.
