Default 1/4 mile times for EK

does anyone know what a prelude type s in 96 civic ex coupe will run in ther 1/4 mile just being stock? and also I am going to be driveing 200 miles back and forth every weekend from school. does anyone know if a cold air intake and a short ram intake do anything harmful to the engine from runnin on the highway so much or does it not matter?
