Default 1/4 mile time question

hello all, I am not new to cars just to this forum!
I am a volkswagen guy but maybe looking to get another car.
My question is to newer civic si (99 and up i think) owners.
With an I/H/E,shortshifter, suspension, 16'in R8's and some good tires, what 1/4 mile time in your opinion or experience would a good driver be looking at?
