04 si steering wheel on 92-95 civic

my question is how do you make a 04 si steering wheel for the ep3 fit the 92-95 hatch ..has anyone done this ..the ep steering wheel seems to be to big for the spindle

Because it is. Cut off a stock EG/DC steering wheel spline and weld it to the EP steering wheel.
