01 ls into 93 del sol help
hey guys, i recently just bought an 01 ls motor with 57k miles and i am going to swap it into my 93 del sol. this will be my first swap, so i am just making sure i have all my facts straight before i go to swap it in. they way it seems i have 2 options but i may have mis understood everything i have read so far.
option 1) buy obd1 ls dizzy, alternator, injectors. swap all that in and use a obd1 non vtec wiring harness into a obd1 non vtec ecu.
option 2) swap the motor in the way it sits and use a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness.
im leaning towards option 1 because it seems like it would be the best setup for my car. can anyone tell me if im mistaken or i need more parts to go with either option. thanks
i have searched but im just trying to clear things up that i am still a little confused with

just cuz you plug up the obd2 harness at the firewall your ecu plugs aren't gonna change. your car is still gonna be obd1 so just use a obd1 p75. there is one wire you have to add from the distributor to the driver side shock tower for your tach when using a 00-01 Integra harness on 92-95 civic/del sol that doesn't have to be added with a 96-99 harness, however I forgot the colors so someone else that KNOWS what I'm talking about can chime in. and guys please don't tell him to use his obd1 harness or I'll e-smack you upside the head

Re: (DuVaL rAcEr)
the tach on your cluster won't work., The signal comes from the blue wire from the distributer. Run that wire to the blue wire on the driver side shock tower harness.
