00 si to 92 cx steering column swap.....
Wanting to know if a 2000 civic si steering column will fit in a 92 cx, what i want is for the cx to have the tilt wheel and i have a 00 si column sitting around.
Can i use the column out of the si and the switches and stuff out of the cx? and what do i need to do with the airbag? has anyone ever tried this?
Don't just say something so your post count goes up , i want real information here.

anyway, back to the topic. i really doubt it will work. i know that 94-01 integra ones will work, because they're based on the 92-95 civic, but most 96-00 civic parts don't fit in 92-95 civics without a lot of work.

I don't think that it will either. I have them
both and they look totally different. CTR is
a lot shorter and I think it has a bigger deal
on the end that connects to the rack. I do
have many tilt racks for sale if you are
interested.
Or maybe a trade?

I'm not really looking to buy stuff to get the tilt, i just had some stuff laying around, so if it won't work then oh well.
Bling Bling? wtf are you on? so now i guess driving comfort is now in the bling bling catagory? maybe i should send back the sparco seat and the 5- point then.
Thanks for the help.
The si column that i have has nothing on it but a wheel. It came from a theft recovery, but if you want it let me know, cuz it's not doing anything for me so i might as well get rid of it for something useful.
