Default 00 Si -> 00 Hatch DX power window conversion

If it's possible, could someone link me to a very detailed how-to to do a power window conversion from a 00 Si to a 00 Hatch DX? TIA

from experiance w/ doing this in a 5gen hatch best thing to do is get ahold of ETM from honda on your year car and go from from there.. maybe you can go talk to one of the mechancs at a local dealer and have them make you a copy of the stuff like i did.. i gave the guy20 bux and i still talk to him once and while when im out near his shop.. the ETM is the best guide for working with wires and electronics on hondas!!!

Yes, what is ETM? I tried buying the Helms manual for the 96-00 Civic but they are out of stock. I'll try and go to the dealership for some help. I just hope they don't rape my wallet for helping me.

i would think just grab a wrecked ex and take everything underneath the door panel except the window itself. wiring will be the only funky part - but the harnesses should be there on the dashboard side already. make sure you get the big white plug from inside each door.

make a cool 'how-to' post when you're done.

Not that this is gonna help much, but my 96 hatch has power windows/mirrors/locks from an Si... I didn't do it though, bought it that way. So I can't help ya out there. I DID do the h22 swap though.. Good luck!
