00 EX help...
My friend has a 00 Ex and right now hes runn'n a injen intake. I was wondering what kind of mods he should get. He was thinking along the lines of getting some rims. What do you guys suggest?

if he s in a smog tolerant state..then there s alot he can do..but first 
suspension work..then header s unless he s thinking of a turbo later..then get a greddy exhaust manifold..tires should be one of the last things on the list cuz with more power so does new brake s and clutch

What do you think would be good suspension work...take note that hes on a semi decent budget. I was think'n of him gett'n a sway bar from comptech that has the tie bar combo. I don't know what kind of shocks or springs or coilovers or what not he should get. Some suggestions would be great
