Default 00 em1 check engine light flashings

so i had my car stored for two weeks till my garage got built. when i went to start it to bring it home it was driving fine till it started idling funny . so i put my obd reader and found out that i have a code for cylinder one misfire and code 1399. so i replaced my spark plugs and my wires. now my car is still idling funny and the check engine light is blinking on and off at idle and when i give it gas it just stays on constant but when im at a stop once again it starts blinking on and off. my car had 203456 miles on it and i always kept up with my maintenance . but i dont drive it alot i store it for 6 months since its my winter car. any help can be appreciated .

The blinking light is catalyst damaging events so don't drive it if you can. Are those the same two codes that are appearing now?

"Catalyst damaging" is a fancy word for "something is seriously fucked up, and you need to pull over and turn off now before you cause serious damage".

Do a leakdown test, and tell us what your numbers are on all four cylinders. Buy/borrow/rent a spark tester, and tell us what color spark you have on all four cylinders.

"Nice bright spark" doesn't answer my question. No, a single cylinder misfire is not caused by your cat. Your engine might not be done either, but if you don't answer simple questions, we can't give you answers.

Neither of your checks are indicative of a head gasket, and that's just what they are - checks. They aren't tests. You need to do actual tests.

ok but the code that im getting now is 1399. ok so to do the leak down test if there is air bubbles coming from the radiator would that mean that my head gasket is done when preforming a leak down test

Maybe. Maybe not. You'll need to listen to the sound of air leaving the engine to figure out where it's exiting. If you don't have access to an air compressor for a leakdown test, buy/borrow/rent a compression tester, and use that. It's not quite as good, but it can still be useful. Give us those numbers, and we can work from there.

Still waiting for an answer to my second question.
