Well there's only ******* thousands of posts from users with the aforementioned set-ups, so YOU are the one being useless bro.

I'll add to the "useful" info and give you my dyno numbers from my i/h/e modded B16A2 and B18C1:

B16A2 - 143whp/102ft-lbs. of torque
B18C1 - 150whp/121ft-lbs. of torque

And head to head both in 1992 Si hatches, the B18C1 beat the B16A2 in every possible rpm range and scenario.

Honestly, it's really a retarded question. There are so many variables... it would be really hard to come to an exact number. Some people can hit low 14s with a GSR/Ek, some can't get out of the 15s..
