Default 00 Civic Si/GSR swap stalls when idling or switching gears

I have a 2000 civic si with a GSR swap. I've had the car for about 2 months, and ever since moving to Arizona, the car dies randomly when stopped at a light or even moving. I am confused because the car starts up fine every time. The car also runs really bad when the A/C is on. Any suggestions?

You Could have a low charge in your AC system causing your Idle to drop.

Give more information about the stalling. Does the engine also stall when accelerating or only when you take your foot off the throttle pedal?

Any CEL codes?

Recent A/C work? A/C not working well?

The A/C works, but it isn't consistent with blowing cold air. The engine stalls when idling or inbetween switching gears. Hope that helps.

Also, when idling at a stop light, there seems to be a belt that is having a hard time moving.

^This would have been worth mentioning earlier.

Is it the A/C compressor belt?

Would the belt cause the car to idle weird?

That causes your idle to drop? Interesting, I always thought my battery/alternator was weak. I'll check into that.

A low refrigerant charge would not cause the idle speed to drop.

Okay, then what's the issue?

Start by answering questions. Otherwise, all you'll get will be random guesses.

1. magnetic idle on AC compressor check it
2. clean your IACV using carb cleaner
3. check engine timing
4. or check ECU

I got the car tuned at local Honda genius here in KC before I made the trip to AZ. I forgot I had 93 octane in the car when he tuned it, and I have been putting 91 in it since I've been down here. I assume the timing is off?

Edit: Update- Was driving on the highway tonight, and all of a sudden the when pushing the gas, the car wasn't reacting to my foot. It made me think the fuel pump wasn't giving out any fuel?

Update: Car was bogging really bad on the highway, pulled off the hwy and the car died, then wouldn't start back up. I'm lost.

Well update. Car is getting painted and fixed and I guess the car turns over but isn't delivering any fuel. I know your first assumption is the fuel pump. I have a kill switch that is connected to the fuel pump, but that wouldn't matter if it's not on, right?
