00' civic SI ECU???
i want to chip the ECU in my car, but i also want to pass smog. someone told me to buy an extra ecu and chip that one, so when i need to smog my car i can just use the stock one. my question is which ECU is better to chip obd 1 or 2 becuase i heard obd2 are harder. and if obd 1 is better what year or model should i buy? thanks.

you can't chip OBD2 ecus you have to convert to OBD1 with a conversion harness
