getting the iacv code with the intermittent acceleration or deceleration but nothing in between it mostly gets triggered in traffic stuck behind slow pokes
it dose not seem to be the motor mounts because i have found if i turn the key to the off position and turn back on(i have a manual trans) the throttle works properly...dose this remedy work for anyone else?
dose this shed any light on where the problem lies(hopefully not the computer)

i replaced the iac
disstribtor cap and rotor spark plugs

i would just like to find the answer to this problem maybe you can direct me to the correct thread for 2000 civic manual trans with this problem that has been solved
