00 Civic Fog light help?
I know that the best place to get the OEM fog light kit is from http://www.handa-accesories.com but I can't order from them since I'm overseas, I see this kit on ebay from a honda dealership, has anyone had any experience with them before?

Looks to me like they're selling the real deal. And looking from the feedback, he seems like a good seller.
If you're really THAT worried, just PM him with all your questions. That's what I've done in the past with everything I've bought.
But
for OEM fogs. I have a How-To in my sig showing how to wire them up to parking lights so they'd act like DEPO fogs (turn on with parking lights AND high beams).
