Default 00 Civic EX - Knock sensor Check Engine Light

Ok, so I have been working on this project car for a while now. When I had first bought it had 12 CEL cods. I have gotten rid of most except a few.

The most problematic one was the misfire code for cylinder 3. I have replace plugs, wire, dizzy, coil, new gas with injector cleaner, changed oil, new o2 sensor (sensor 1). And now there is no code....BUT now my CEL only flashes at idle, it stops flashing while driving and stays solid. The only code I get the is a knock sensor code. I am kinda stuck at this point. Even at idle and it is flashing my scanner won't pick up a code.

<p>Read</p><p>The</p><p>Rules</p><p>You</p><p>*******</p><p>Dolt</p><p>
<strong>Car information</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>
For all technical questions, <strong>the following information MUST be included in the first post:<em>&nbsp;vehicle</em>&nbsp;(year, make, model) and&nbsp;<em>engine</em>&nbsp;(if not stock, year, make, model, OBD type).</strong> Other pertinent information includes&nbsp;<em>check engine light (CEL) codes</em>&nbsp;as well as&nbsp;<strong><em>engine modifications</em>,</strong> such as a turbo kit tuned at 18 psi or a specific throttle body, large injectors, big cams, etc. <strong>This information is absolutely essential</strong> because, in many instances, members wishing to help in a thread<em>&nbsp;waste</em>&nbsp;their time by posting detailed replies, only to find out the next day that the topic starter left out CRITICAL information. <strong>Please respect members wishing to help</strong> by taking the time to list or mention crucial information about your car.
</p><p>You added car information while I was posting my first response, which is a nice step. &nbsp; There's still bound to be something you're leaving out, though - an ECU doesn't just go wonky for no reason like that, and yes, it's a safe bet there's either something wrong with your ECU, or something wrong with something else that you were fidgeting with.</p>

Well I bought the vehicle like this. It was sitting for 6-8 months before I got it and started working on it.

Car information was added in post #2.

Fix the KS issue. Is the sensor broken on the rear of the block?

Haven't check, currently the car is getting expected for a saftey. Won't be able to see it till Monday. Just trying to figure out what to try when I get it back.

Can it pass inspection with a KS CEL code?

Not sure haha, we don't have emissions tests where I live. I am just seeing what needs to be done to the car to pass, not expecting it to pass.
