Where's a good place (website)to get decent body parts cheap?(bumpers and drivers outside door handle).
I've been told that a small low to mid rpm turbo set up and tune can increase fuel economy and overall engine efficiency. Does anyone have any info backing this claim, or a proven set up?
I'm interested in a rear disc conversion and had read that by swapping in the rear trailing arms with attached disk brake parts and certain small detail items along with it (master cylinder hand brake cables etc) from 99-01 si and mid 90's integra. Is this a simple swap ? is it feasible? Will it actually improve braking or will it cause me a slew of independent "murphy's law" style problems ?

I drive daily on the highway and in a city that consists of many elderly and rich unobservant yuppies and their kids and we get all sorts of nasty weather like snow,ice,black ice, oh and did I mention I feel like I'm the only d-bag with his eyes on the road ...what's a good suspension set up for me if I'm looking for reliability with easy installation? has anyone used the bilstein sport shock spring package sold as bts-7502?
