go to best buy or ciriut city and pick up a honda REVERSE HARNESS for 98 and up honda's also pick up a old sckool honda harness connect the two harness' together color for color and put it into your 92-95. This should work i put car stereoes in all day long and i have seen both and they are wired the same just different plugs, as for appearence it might look a little off in your eg because the trim on your eg radio is so big to fill in the opening and the ek is not because of the iso mount style.
the two harness' that you need have model numbers like this 71-1721(best buy) or 81-1721(curciut city) and 70-1720(best buy) or 80-1720(curcuit city), if you get the ones at curcuit cut off the universal side and attach (universal=clear harness side) all the harness' listed are made by metra

i think only to 98 or 99 we don't get alot of integras in the bay especially newer ones, it seems those guys like to do it themselves, but your going to have the same problem appearence wise, not that its a huge deal
