00 Civic EX/B16 swap - wont Start
So my brother bought this car about 4 or so months ago and it had some 6 puck clutch that was stiff as hell, then my brother burn that clutch out and dried out the clutch line about a month and a half ago. Meanwhile as the car sat on the curb of my house, his car loss power and it wouldn't start without a jump(idk why it started doing this). So we pushed his car to my friends house to have him change out the clutch. After getting it back and not having any jumper cables, my friend push start it, by rolling it from his garage down his driveway.
Then more problems came up, his speedometer and rpm didn't work and instrument lights were very dim. Then he drove it into the garage and realized that every time he stepped on the brake the car would overheat. So we turned it off. Then we tried push starting it again, but this time nothing. So we push the car to my house and left it in the garage. My friend told me that the starter had probably went out. So the next day I got a starter from auto zone, clean his battery terminals, and checked his fuses. So with the new starter in and jumper cables hooked up nothing happen, not even a crank or click. When i turned the key I don't hear anything, so i thought maybe the relay for the fuel pump was bad. So i checked if the main relay was bad, just took a look at it, none of the connections are crack and all is clean. It still doesn't start and I'm really getting tired of this car.

I have no idea what else could be wrong with it. Can anyone help?
