00 civic defrost problem!

00 civic defrost problem!
for some time now my climate control has been stuck on the same setting, (floor and the front vents) no front defrost. does anyone know how to fix the problem? can it be a fuse or something? its winter time and i really need defrost my windows keep fogging up and i got to keep wipping it off its a real pain in the ***. any help is much appriciated, even if i can just get the defrost setting on
