Hi All, i'm reading through these post and having the same issue with my 99 Civic Ex 2Dr 5-speed. Thus far i have completed the following, changed out the fan assembly and fuse 56 is still blowing...Changed out the condenser fan relay and fuse 56 is still blowing. I've gone through about 15 (20amp) fuses already and i don't know what to do..Someone please help me...FYI--my compressor works for a few minutes and i get cold air (the freon level is fine) and then the fuse blows..
