Default 0.20 over bore question

I have a D16z6 sleeved engine that i got from someone and it has a .020 over bore sleeve. What are the advantages of being more than stock size bore? Just currious?

.020 makes basically zero noticeable difference, but a larger bore not only increases the displacement of the motor for more low end power, but a larger bore unshrouds the valves and allows them to flow better, making more horsepower.

.20 or .020???
a larger bore will give you more torque/low end but if its .020 it will make pretty much no difference
