I HAVE A 89 CIVIC SI WITH A D16Z6 SWAP (I WANT MORE SPEED) WOULD IT BE BETTER TO TURBO IT OR A ALL NEW SWAP (MONEY IS A PROBLEM)?

This has been covered time and time agian. Search for SOHC-T vs. DOHC.
