P0135 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P0141 Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) Circuit Malfunction
P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage

Did you disconnect your o2 sensors? Are you running a simulator for the 2ndary?
Did you unplug your vss?
The last is because of the alternator - perhaps the fuse is simply blown?
You did reset the ecu after attempting to fix things, right?

i disconnected both of the o2 sensors when i was trying the test pipe on (Cat)...
i am not running any special simulator right now...as of right now the Car is pretty much back to stock...
i never touch the VSS...besides i don't even know where is that located...
where is the fuse located for the Alternator...Civic 00 EX
i unplugh both (-) and (+) from the battery but nothing happen...as soon as i plug it right back the check light is off, but as soon as the ECU reads every information on the Car it turn back on...

PLEASE HELP...

Reconnect BOTH oxygen sensors
You may have disconnected the vss by mistake - its located on the top of the tranny, near the rear of the bay. Look.
Alt fuse is under the dash - look at your diagram.
Youre still getting codes because you havent fixed anything yet...
